Portfolio Monitoring
Weekly, online listings of your customers who experience significantly derogatory changes. This
report tracks: Collection Agency items, tax liens, judgments, bankruptcies, write-offs, NSF checks
and deteriorating payment habits. A Portfolio Monitoring Flag will warn you only when a
significant change occurs.
Experian also provides a more in-depth report of these flags with the Early Warning Detail feature,
easily accessible via the software.
